- Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - add $10 onto standard delivery charges. For
Alaska and Hawaii, there's no additional charge on merchandise orders of $100 or more. All
orders will receive 3-7 day expedited delivery service at no additional cost.

- Delivery to Canada - only standard surface delivery available, add $10 to the regular shipping charges.
Canadian customers may be required to pay GST and duties upon delivery. Certain Heavy/Bulky items cannot be shipped to Canada.
- Some Factory Direct items cannot be shipped to AK, HI, Canada, Puerto Rico or APO or FPO addresses.
- Certain restricted items can only be shipped by AIR.
- High-value and heavy/bulky orders to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses, will require additional shipping charges to insure.

Freight Shipping
Shipped by commercial carrier curbside. Unloading is the customer's responsibility, including off the back of the truck. No expedited delivery. High-value orders require a physical street address, otherwise insurance costs will be added to the shipping total.
HEAVY/BULKY Items, Large Quantity/Commercial Accounts Orders
Items that are identified as Heavy/Bulky may require a shipping charge in addition to the regular surface shipping charges. Due to the weight and/or size of these items, special AIR delivery charges also apply. Large quantity orders may be considered commercial account orders, which would not be eligible for the Buyer's Club discount, and may require additional shipping charges. Additionally, a street address is required for large quantity orders and commercial account orders. You will be contacted after your order is processed to confirm any large quantity shipping charges.
